Vijaya began her journey as a substitute teacher for her daughter’s science teacher who went on maternity leave. The school headmistress, Sister Rosalind, motivated her to take up teaching full time and she has never looked back.

 

Her words:

"I continued my journey coaching children of my friends for CBSE class Xth. At this point, I was asked to train the employees of my husband’s organization in Behavioral skills as an honorary trainer. This is when my journey as a trainer and coach began.

 

A few years later, when moved to Durgapur in West Bengal, I was asked to build and run a CBSE school, SKS Public School at Raniganj.
I joined NSHM Knowledge Campus, a premier business school, as a Lecturer in Business Communication and in a few years established a center for communication and personality development. I was The HOD for NSHM center for Learning and Development at Kolkata and Durgapur. I worked there for 6 years before moving to Bangalore.

 

I joined ICIC Manipal Academy of Banking and Finance as a trainer for Behavioral sciences in 2008 and worked there till 2014. I was at the time of leaving HOD, Behavioral Sciences, Manipal University Bangalore Campus.

 

I left Manipal University in 2014 and have since trained and coached people in various in IT, Health care, Banking, Hospitality and Education sectors as an independent performance and behavioral skills coach."

 

My journey as a healer started in 1998
Since then have learnt many modalities like Usui Reiki, Karuna Reiki, Kundalini Reiki, Karmic Reiki, Money Reiki, Dragon Reiki, Lamafera, Magnified Healing, Face reading, Merlin Trinity healing systems and Energy Healing.

 

I am a Reiki Master and Master is most modalities that I have learnt
I do Akashic record reading, Karmic contract clearance, Tarot and rune reading also.

 

I have been teaching healing for the past few years. Recently I have started conducting all my workshops online. I have channelled my own modality from Ganesha which is called Karyasiddhi Ganapati Healing modality. One of my most successful workshops is Akashic record reading and Usui Reiki.
